Rigorous testing does not begin only with the complete unit; it runs through the entire production process. Before assembly, all core components must pass multiple quality inspections, with strict parameter controls for even the tightening torque of a single screw. After the unit is fully assembled, the testing team first conducts a meticulous inspection for the "three leaks" (oil, water, and air leaks) and overall appearance quality. Next, high-precision megohmmeters are used to measure the insulation resistance of each independent electrical circuit. Only after confirming that the coolant and lubricating oil are filled to the standard levels can the unit proceed to the actual operational testing phase.

Core Challenge: 100% Real-Unit Load Testing and Transient Response Testing
In the testing workshop, every generator undergoes rigorous trials simulating real-world conditions. We abandon simple no-load testing and instead use intelligent dummy load banks for stepped loading. The units must run stably at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of their rated load, comprehensively evaluating their steady-state voltage deviation, frequency fluctuation rate, and voltage build-up time. At the same time, to verify the unit's ability to handle emergencies, we have specifically designed "sudden load application and rejection" tests to accurately capture the maximum transient changes in voltage and frequency, as well as the recovery time. This ensures excellent dynamic stability even when the load fluctuates drastically.

Targeted Testing: Noise Reduction and High-Load Thermal Management
Based on the specific characteristics of different product lines, we implement differentiated in-depth testing. For silent diesel generators, in addition to standard electrical performance inspections, we conduct noise spectrum analysis in a professional anechoic chamber to ensure that the noise reduction effect meets environmental protection and contract requirements during full-load operation. Test engineers simulate various abnormal states, such as low oil pressure, high water temperature, overspeed, overvoltage, and under-frequency, to verify whether the automatic alarm and shutdown protection functions can be triggered accurately and promptly. Furthermore, for units equipped with auto-start and ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) functions, we repeatedly test the automatic switching logic between mains and generator power, as well as the three-minute cooling process after automatic shutdown, ensuring flawless automated control.
